Due to the nature of our services/products, all SALES ARE FINAL. We will not be able to provide a refund for any full service payments or 50% non-refundable deposits/retainers. By purchasing from our website, you are agreeing to our policies.

  • What is your turnaround time?
    Each service has it's own time frame that should be listed with the service under the "price list." Our minimum turn around time is seven days minimum. Revision can take up to 5 business days. We are closed on weekends and federal/national holidays. Also, the turnaround time frame is subject to change due to out of office obligations. For websites, our turn around time is 45 business days for websites.
  • What If I purchase a design and change my mind, can I get a refund, because no work was done?"
    Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with a refund due to the nature of the service. You may feel like no work has been completed, because you haven't seen the finish product, but at the time that your payment and information has been received our team begin strategizing. With that being said, we will not be able to refund you. When you purchase any type of service from Kandi & Co. Productions, LLC and affilitate Kandi Kam Photography, you are agreeing that you understand the service is non-refundable.
  • Will you provide me with an update throughout the time that you are designing?
    Unfortunately, I will not provide you with an update, unless there is a issue that needs clarifiation. We stand on the principles of the "NO DISTURB" clause. You will receive your review of the service, once the designer has provided you with a review day. For example: Turnaround is seven days, please do not contact the designer on the second day and ask for the design or an update on the design. You will receive a calender invite for review of when the service shall be complete. Also, please refrain from sending messages such as "how's the website going." You will not receive a response due to the "NO DISTRUB" clause. For websites, it can take up to 45 business days. On the 45th business day, if you haven't received any infrmation on the service, please feel free to contact us. Until that time frame, please reframe from contacting the designer unless there is a update that needs to be given for the designer in the design time frame.
  • I need a website completed, can you have it to me by the end of the day if I purchase it same day?"
    Unfortunately, with our skills and expertise, It's impossible to provide you with a amazing website same day. Our website designs can take up to 45 business days. We do offer rush fees for clients that need it within a certain time frame.
  • Can I set up a payement arrangement?
    We are open to setting up a payment arrangement on website designs only and branding packages. Please be advised, before a website can be transferred, we will need the full payment during our review session. Before you have full use of any branding product, the full payment has to be made to remove the watermark from the item.
  • What do I need to provide before you begin my project?
    Once we have received your payment, you are an official client of Kandi & Co. Productions. You will receive a form that will need to be completed to its entirety. Please send this information via mail at Logo: Please provide your logo in HIGH QUALITY. The required format for logos to be sent is .png format (transparent background). If you do not send a high quality logo or the correct format, we will not be able to begin until it is received. High Quality Images: At Kandi & Co. Productions, we pride ourselves on high quality service. WE DO NOT work with pixelated and low quality images, cell phone images, screenshots, unedited images (photographer hasn't edited or given a release) and selfies. We only work with PROFESSIONAL IMAGES ONLY. If you do not have professional images, we do offer product photography and/or stock images for an additional fee. We DO NOT EDIT other photographers images! Verbiage/Content: We do not accept screenshots of verbiage. All content must be type out on a word document and sent to us. All content must be put into a Google Drive or Dropbox for us to use content. Please DO NOT send separate emails We will communicate from one email thread with all information, so that nothing is missed. The only time you will receive multiple emails is for different services, but most times we will communicate from one email thread.
  • What if I don't like the design?
    We strive to bring forth your vision. If we don't meet your expectation for the vision, each service has revisions. Those revision opportunities are available for you to help us understand your vision. Please keep in mind, out graphic design services typically have three (3) free revisions and our website designs are unlimited, excluding our Etsy and Acuity website designs. Those designs come with three (3) free revisions. If you exceed the three (3) free revisions, there will be an additional fee of $20 per additional revision. If the final files are sent over to you and you would like to make more revisions after receiving them, there will be a $50 fee per each revision.
