WIX Website Design Makeover + Build

The standard turnaround time for this service is twenty-one (21) business days.

Please understand that our turnaround times are based on the designer's out-of-office days, weekend exclusions, and federal/national holidays.

You will receive a calendar invite date and email with a notification of your due date.

Please keep in mind, if you need the service before the standard business days listed, please select a rush fee.

If purchased, please understand that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All sales are final.

If you would like to cancel your order, please understand that all fees paid are non-refundable.

If you need the design before the standard turnaround time mentioned on the service, the "rush fee" has to be added during check-out. Please review your order completely before making a payment.

Once you have made the payment for your website design, please send the following to us via email within twenty-four (24) hours:

Login Information: Please provide you WIX Login Information through our Discovery Questionaire. 

If you have a new logo, the logo needs to be submitted in .png format (transparent background). If you do not have a logo in .png file format we can make most logos into .png for a $5.00 fee (this fee will be sent as an invoice). If your logo has glitter or is on a black background, it can be difficult to make into a .png, if you don’t have .png. Please be advised, if we are unable to make it into a .png, we will highly recommend you to reach out to the original designer for the requested file format. If you will be using the old logo and it isn't in .png format, we will request the .png. 

Images: We ONLY ACCEPT HIGH-QUALITY IMAGES. We do not accept selfies, pixelated images, distorted images, screenshots, and unprofessional product images. To provide you with a high quality and functioning website, we have to have professional images. If the images submitted can’t be used, we will send you an email notification.

Verbiage: Please provide all verbiage for your website in a Microsoft Word Document. We DO NOT ACCEPT screenshots and/or handwritten pictures of verbiage. If the verbiage is NOT provided in the requested format, we will send a notification email with a deadline to resubmit verbiage.

Please share all information in Google Drive. Please DO NOT SEND MULTIPLE EMAILS. If you do not know how to create a Google Drive, please follow this link to learn how to create one and share it with the designer via email at info@kandiandcoproductions.com.

If you do not submit the information within twenty-four(24) hours, your order will be canceled and the payment is non-refundable.

Learning a new platform can be difficult and time-consuming. If you would love to learn the basics of the platform, please feel free to add Maintenance Training. Maintenance training is highly recommended for all new entrepreneurs, or for entrepreneurs who never understood the platform.

 

If you would like to hire us after we have completed the project, our maintenance fee is $75.00. The $75.00 covers the following:

• 5-7 Business Day Turn Around
• Repairs and Fixes
• Content Updates
• Product Uploads/Removal (15 product max)

We do offer support throughout the year. If you have any questions or concerns throughout the year, we always recommend either checking with your website platform community or sending us an email at info@kandiandcoproductions.com. We will provide support via email.
