Work does not begin without a contractual agreement signed by the client and designer. Without the contract agreement being signed, it delays the completion of your service. Contractual agreements will be sent out within twenty-four (24) hours. If the contractual agreement isn’t signed within twenty-four (24) hours of the inital date listed via email, you will receive a notification regarding order cancellation and all monies paid towards the service WILL NOT be refunded. All payments are forfeited and if you would like to work with the designer again, you will have to submit a new payment for the service.

The standard turnaround time for this service is seven (7) business days.

Please understand that our turnaround times are based on the designer's out-of-office days, weekend exclusions, and federal/national holidays.

You will receive a calendar invite date and email with a notification of your due date.

Please keep in mind, if you need the service before the standard business days listed, please select a rush fee.

If purchased, please understand that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All sales are final.

If you would like to cancel your order, please understand that all fees paid are non-refundable.

If you need the design before the standard turnaround time mentioned on the service, the "rush fee" has to be added during check-out. Please review your order completely before making a payment.
