Before You Purchase

Please review the following important information before completing your booking:

• A WIX Premium Plan and custom domain are required to publish your website. These services are purchased directly through WIX and are not included with this package. Purchasing directly through WIX ensures you maintain ownership and control of your website, subscription, and domain.

• Your website is completely custom designed. Every project is created specifically for your business, brand, and goals. We do not use generic templates or duplicate another client's website.

• Clients are responsible for providing all website content. This includes, but is not limited to, your logo, branding elements, business information, product details, pricing, shipping information, policies, professional images, contact information, social media links, and any additional content needed for your website. If you require branding, professional photography, or website copywriting, these services are available as additional add-ons.

• Third-party costs are not included in the purchase price of this service. This includes WIX Premium Plans, domain registration, premium applications, payment processor fees, email marketing subscriptions, shipping provider fees, automation platforms, and any additional third-party services your business chooses to use.

• Project timelines begin only after all required materials have been received. Your website cannot enter our active design queue until your signed agreement, completed onboarding requirements, and all requested content have been submitted. Delays in providing content will delay the overall completion of your project.

• Additional functionality may require additional investment. While this package includes everything needed for a professionally designed e-commerce website, specialty integrations, advanced automations, custom coding, premium applications, membership features, multilingual functionality, or other custom requests outside the standard scope may require an additional investment.

• Your website is built to grow with your business. While we create a strong foundation for your online presence, your website can continue to evolve as your business expands through additional pages, integrations, products, and future enhancements.

Your Website

Once your project has been completed, approved, and all financial obligations have been satisfied, you are the owner of your completed website and the content you've provided for your business.

You'll have full administrative access to your WIX account, allowing you to manage your website, make updates, and continue growing your online presence.

Your WIX Account

Your WIX account, Premium Plan, domain registration, billing information, and any third-party subscriptions remain under your ownership and control. Because these services are purchased directly through their respective providers, you're responsible for maintaining active subscriptions and keeping your account information current.

Your Business Content

All logos, photographs, written content, product information, pricing, trademarks, business information, and other materials you provide remain your intellectual property. By submitting these materials, you confirm that you own the rights to use them or have obtained the necessary permissions.

Our Creative Work

The custom website created for your business is designed specifically for you. However, Kandi & Co. Productions retains ownership of its proprietary design processes, workflows, creative methodologies, templates, systems, internal documentation, and any original design assets that are not exclusively created for your brand.

These materials may not be copied, resold, redistributed, reproduced, or used to create derivative works without written permission.

Future Website Management

After launch, you're welcome to manage your website independently, continue working with Kandi & Co. Productions, or hire another qualified professional to assist with future updates.

Our goal is to provide you with the flexibility to choose the level of support that's right for your business.

Please note that once another designer or developer has modified your website, Kandi & Co. Productions cannot guarantee the integrity of the original design or functionality. Additional review, troubleshooting, or redesign services may be required before we can resume maintenance or support.

Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Kandi & Co. Productions reserves the right to showcase completed websites, screenshots, branding elements, and project highlights within our portfolio, website, social media platforms, marketing materials, award submissions, and other promotional content.

Confidential business information, passwords, customer data, or proprietary information will never be shared without your permission.

Our Commitment

Every successful project begins with a clear understanding of expectations. Before any design work begins, all clients are required to enter into a formal Client Service Agreement with Kandi & Co. Productions. This agreement is designed to protect both parties by clearly outlining the scope of work, project expectations, timelines, responsibilities, payment terms, revision process, and other important policies related to your website design experience.

What to Expect

A Signed Agreement Is Required

Your project cannot enter our active design queue until your Client Service Agreement has been signed by both you and Kandi & Co. Productions. This agreement serves as the official authorization for us to begin work and establishes the expectations for both parties throughout the duration of your project.

Agreement Delivery

Your agreement will be sent electronically shortly after your purchase has been completed. Please review the document carefully, as it contains important information regarding your website design service, business policies, timelines, revisions, ownership, payment policies, communication expectations, and additional contractual terms.

Twenty-Four (24) Hour Signature Requirement

To prevent unnecessary delays, your signed agreement must be returned within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Prompt completion allows your onboarding process to begin immediately and helps secure your place within our production schedule.

Project Scheduling

Please understand that payment alone does not reserve your place within our active design queue. Your project is officially scheduled only after the following have been completed:

• Your payment has been successfully received.
• Your Client Service Agreement has been signed.
• All required onboarding information and requested materials have been submitted.
• Any additional required documentation has been received, if applicable.

Only after these steps have been completed will your official project timeline begin.

Failure to Sign the Agreement

If your agreement is not signed and returned within the required timeframe, your order will be subject to cancellation. Because production time has already been reserved within our schedule, all payments remain non-refundable and non-transferable in accordance with our business policies.

Should your project be canceled due to an unsigned agreement, a new booking, new agreement, and new payment will be required before services can begin.

Designed for Transparency

Our Client Service Agreement is not intended to overwhelm you. It exists to establish clear communication, eliminate misunderstandings, protect both parties, and create a positive experience from beginning to end. We encourage every client to read the agreement thoroughly and ask any questions prior to signing.

Every website we create is thoughtfully planned, strategically designed, and carefully developed to ensure it reflects the professionalism and quality of your brand. Rather than rushing through the creative process, we intentionally dedicate time to planning, designing, testing, refining, and preparing your website for launch.

Standard Turnaround Time

The standard turnaround time for our New WIX Blog/Informational Website Design + Build service is twenty-one (21) business days.

Please note that business days include Tuesday through Friday and exclude weekends, federal holidays, scheduled office closures, military obligations, and any previously announced out-of-office dates.

When Does My Timeline Begin?

One of the most common misconceptions is that your project timeline begins immediately after payment. To ensure every project receives the attention it deserves, your turnaround time officially begins only after all of the following have been completed:

• Your payment has been successfully processed.
• Your Client Service Agreement has been signed.
• All requested website content has been submitted.
• Any required questionnaires, branding materials, images, product information, and supporting documents have been received.
• Your project has successfully completed the onboarding process.

If any required materials are outstanding, your project will remain in the onboarding phase until everything has been received.

Project Scheduling

Projects are completed in the order they officially enter our production schedule. Completing your onboarding requirements promptly helps prevent unnecessary delays and allows your project to move into production as quickly as possible.

Please understand that delays in submitting content, approvals, revisions, or requested information may result in an adjusted completion date.

Due Date Notification

Once your onboarding process has been completed and your project officially enters our production schedule, you'll receive confirmation of your anticipated completion date. This information will be provided through both email and a calendar invitation so you'll know exactly what to expect throughout the design process.

Unforeseen Circumstances

While we are committed to meeting every projected deadline, there may be rare situations beyond our control that require adjustments to your timeline. These may include military obligations, illness, family emergencies, severe weather, technology failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Should an unexpected situation arise, we'll communicate with you as soon as reasonably possible and provide updated project expectations. Our priority will always be delivering a website that meets our quality standards rather than compromising the final product to meet an unrealistic deadline.

Need Your Website Sooner?

If your business requires an expedited turnaround, Rush Service may be available for an additional investment.

Rush requests are accepted on a limited basis and are subject to our current production schedule. Selecting Rush Service allows your project to receive priority scheduling; however, the rush timeline cannot begin until all required onboarding materials have been submitted.

Because expedited production requires adjustments to our existing workflow, Rush Service must be selected during the booking process whenever possible and cannot be guaranteed after a project has entered production.

We appreciate your patience and trust throughout the design process. Every website we create receives the same level of attention, strategy, and craftsmanship because we believe your business deserves a website built with purpose, precision, and lasting value.

At Kandi & Co. Productions, every website is thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of your business. Unlike physical products, custom website design is a personalized creative service that requires dedicated planning, scheduling, strategy, and production long before your website is completed. From the moment your order is placed, we begin reserving time within our production calendar and preparing your project for onboarding.

To ensure transparency and eliminate misunderstandings, we encourage every client to carefully review the following payment and cancellation policies before completing their purchase.

Payment Information

All payments are securely processed through our website at the time of booking. Your payment secures your project within our onboarding process and initiates the preparation of your website design experience. Shortly after your purchase, you'll receive your Client Service Agreement along with instructions for completing your onboarding requirements.

Please note that your payment alone does not place your project into our active design queue. Your project officially enters production only after your Client Service Agreement has been signed and all required content, information, and materials have been submitted.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Payments

Due to the customized nature of our services, all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Once your purchase has been completed, production time is reserved specifically for your project. This includes scheduling, administrative preparation, project planning, onboarding, communication, and the allocation of resources dedicated exclusively to your business.

For this reason, refunds, payment transfers, service exchanges, account credits, or partial reimbursements cannot be provided once payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel your project after booking, all payments previously made will remain non-refundable and non-transferable.

Should your project be canceled before design work begins or after work has already commenced, your payment will not be refunded, credited toward another service, or transferred to a future project.

If Kandi & Co. Productions must cancel or terminate a project due to a violation of our Client Service Agreement, failure to submit required materials, failure to communicate, abusive behavior, breach of contract, or any other policy outlined within your agreement, all payments previously made will remain forfeited.

Should you wish to move forward with a new project after cancellation or termination, a new booking, new agreement, and new payment will be required.

Additional Services & Change Requests

Your purchase includes only the services outlined within this package.

Requests for additional pages, premium applications, advanced functionality, custom coding, branding, copywriting, photography, specialty integrations, additional design work, or services outside the original scope of work may require an additional investment.

Any approved additions will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full before work begins.

Third-Party Expenses

Certain services required to successfully operate your website are purchased separately and are not included within this package.

These may include, but are not limited to:

• WIX Premium Plans
• Custom domain registration
• Premium WIX applications
• Payment processor transaction fees
• Email marketing platforms
• Shipping providers
• Automation software
• Other third-party subscriptions selected by the client

These services are billed directly through their respective providers and remain the sole financial responsibility of the client.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the service description, understand the scope of work, and agree to the payment policies outlined on this page and within your Client Service Agreement.

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes submitted after purchasing a service that was knowingly authorized may result in immediate contract termination, collections activity, recovery of associated fees, and any additional remedies available under the terms of your Client Service Agreement.

To avoid delays, the agreement should be reviewed, signed, and returned within the requested timeframe. Website development cannot begin until the agreement has been completed and all onboarding requirements have been satisfied.

Preparing Your Project

You'll begin gathering and organizing the information needed for your website, including branding assets, written content, images, products or services, pricing, business information, policies, and any additional materials requested for your project.

Providing complete, organized, and accurate information allows us to begin your project more efficiently while creating a smoother and more enjoyable design experience.

Submitting Your Materials

Once your materials have been prepared, you'll upload everything using the instructions provided in your Client Onboarding Email.

To maintain an organized workflow, we recommend submitting all requested materials together whenever possible rather than sending multiple emails over an extended period.

Project Review

Once your submission has been received, we'll carefully review your materials to ensure everything needed to begin your project has been provided.

If additional information, clarification, or missing materials are needed, we'll contact you by email before your project enters our production schedule.

Please note that incomplete submissions, delayed responses, revisions to submitted content, or missing materials may affect your estimated completion timeline.

Your Project Enters Production

After your signed Client Service Agreement has been received and all required onboarding materials have been submitted, reviewed, and approved, your project will officially enter our production schedule.

Please note that your estimated turnaround time does not begin on the date your order is placed. Your project timeline officially begins once all required agreements, content, and requested materials have been received and approved.

Projects are completed in the order all onboarding requirements are satisfied unless a Rush Service has been purchased.

Throughout Your Design Experience

Throughout your project, we'll thoughtfully guide you through each phase of the design process while creating a website that reflects your vision and business goals.

Your Website Review Sessions are an important part of the experience and provide dedicated opportunities to review your website, provide feedback, request revisions, and collaborate with our team before final approval.

To maintain an efficient workflow and remain focused on designing your website, we do not provide routine project updates. If additional information, approvals, clarification, or action is needed from you, we'll contact you promptly by email.

Email serves as our primary method of communication throughout your project. We ask that you regularly monitor the email address associated with your order, as important project updates, Website Review Session notifications, approvals, and action items will be delivered there.

To help maintain your estimated project timeline, we also encourage clients to respond to requests for approvals, revisions, and additional information as promptly as possible. Extended delays in communication may require adjustments to your estimated completion date.

If your logo is not available in PNG format, we may be able to convert it for a $10.00 conversion fee. Logos containing glitter effects, dark backgrounds, or low-quality artwork may not convert successfully. If conversion isn't possible, we recommend obtaining the original file from your graphic designer.

Professional Images

Your website should represent your business or organization at the highest level. To maintain the quality and professionalism of every website we create, we only accept high-resolution, professional-quality images.

Please do not submit:

• Selfies
• Screenshots
• Blurry or pixelated images
• Images with excessive filters or distortions
• Copyrighted images without proper authorization
• Low-resolution graphics

If any submitted images do not meet our quality standards, we'll notify you so replacement images can be provided before production begins.

Website Content

Please submit all written content in a Google Drive.

To maintain efficiency and accuracy, screenshots, handwritten notes, photographs of written information, and copied social media captions are not accepted.

To help us keep your project organized, all requested files should be uploaded to one Google Drive folder and shared with us. Please avoid sending multiple emails with separate attachments, as this may delay the onboarding process and make it more difficult to confirm that all required materials have been received.

Missing Information

Projects cannot enter our production schedule until all required onboarding materials have been received.

If your onboarding information is not submitted within five (5) business days, your project may be subject to cancellation in accordance with the terms outlined in your Client Service Agreement. Before your website is presented for review, every page is carefully evaluated for functionality, responsiveness, navigation, design consistency, content placement, and overall user experience to ensure everything performs as intended.

Website Review Sessions

As your website reaches important milestones, we'll schedule personalized Website Review Sessions where we'll review your website together and discuss its design, branding, layout, navigation, functionality, content, and overall customer experience.

Throughout your project, communication will primarily take place through email. We'll contact you whenever additional information is needed, your website is ready for review, a Website Review Session needs to be scheduled, or action is required on your behalf.

For this reason, it's important that you regularly monitor the email address provided during booking, including your spam and junk folders. Delays in responding to requests for information, approvals, Website Review Sessions, or revision requests may affect your estimated project completion timeline.

If your business experiences changes during your project, such as updated branding, revised pricing, new products, policy changes, or additional content, please notify us as soon as possible. We'll review the requested changes and determine whether they can be incorporated into your current project timeline or whether additional time or services may be required.

While many emails are answered sooner, please allow up to two (2) business days for responses during normal business operations. Response times may vary during weekends, federal holidays, scheduled office closures, military obligations, or previously announced out-of-office periods.
