Business Card Design + 100 Business Cards
Work does not begin without a contractual agreement signed by the client and designer. Without the contract agreement being signed, it delays the completion of your service. Contractual agreements will be sent out immediately. If the contractual agreement isn’t signed within twenty-four (24) hours, you will receive a notification regarding order cancellation and all monies paid towards the service WILL NOT be refunded. All payments are forfeited and if you would like to work with the designer again, you will have to submit a new payment for the service.
The standard turnaround time for this service is seven (7) business days.
Please understand that our turnaround times are based on the designer's out-of-office days, weekend exclusions, and federal/national holidays.
You will receive a calendar invite date and email with a notification of your due date.
Please keep in mind, if you need the service before the standard business days listed, please select a rush fee.
If purchased, please understand that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All sales are final.
If you would like to cancel your order, please understand that all fees paid are non-refundable.
If you need the design before the standard turnaround time mentioned on the service, the "rush fee" has to be added during check-out. Please review your order completely before making a payment.

Kandi & Co. Productions, LLC will provide up to three (3) revisions on one design. If more than three (3) revisions are necessary, each additional revision will be $30 per revision.
Once you have made the payment for your business cards, please send the following to us via email within twenty-four (24) hours:
Logo: the logo needs to be submitted in .png format (transparent background). If you do not have a logo in .png file format we can make most logos into .png for a $5.00 fee (this fee will be sent as an invoice). If your logo has glitter or is on a black background, it can be difficult to make into a .png, if you don’t have .png. Please be advised, if we are unable to make it into a .png, we will highly recommend you to reach out to the original designer for the requested file format.
Images: We ONLY ACCEPT HIGH-QUALITY IMAGES. We do not accept selfies, pixelated images, distorted images, screenshots, and unprofessional product images. To provide you with a high quality business cards, we have to have professional images. If the images submitted can’t be used, we will send you an email notification. (if applicable)
Verbiage: Please provide all verbiage for busienss cards in a Microsoft Word Document. We DO NOT ACCEPT screenshots and/or handwritten pictures of verbiage. If the verbiage is NOT provided in the requested format, we will send a notification email with a deadline to resubmit verbiage.

If you do not submit the information within twenty-four(24) hours, your order will be canceled and the payment is non-refundable.
Shipping and Handling fees are included with this design. Please understand that the shipping time frame is NOT included in the design time frame. Upon selection of business card design, processing time can take up to three (3) business days and shipping can take up to fourteen (14) business days, NOT calendar days. For rush orders, shipping and handling time can take up to seven (7) business days. Once reviewed for quality, you will receive a tracking number for your order.
We use a variety of shipping carriers, including United States Postal Services (USPS), UPS, and FedEx. We determine which carrier to use based on the product ordered, shipping address, size/weight, and delivery speed selected.

We value high-quality printing here at Kandi & Co. Productions, LLC. We have several options to choose from when selecting your printing options.
Premium Matte - Our premium matte paper stock is 16pt thickness, durable, coated, and classic, with a smooth, shine-free finish. It has a silk front and backside feeling.
Premium Glossy - Our premium matte glossy paper stock is 16pt thickness, durable, has a light-catching front, sleek and shiny, and has a slick front and silk back.
Premium Pearl - Our shimmering premium pearl paper stock is 16pt thickness, durable, has a soft glow, is lightly coated, and is smooth.
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for projects sent for printing to not have borders. Due to the machines not being able to cut them evenly, the printed project will not look the way it was designed. If you have a project with glitter on it, it will not be printed with glitter. It will be printed as it shows digitally, but the real glitter will not be applied to the project.
Unfortunately, we will not print designs that have borders, due to the possibility of it not achieving the desired look for the end project.
